What to expect

Yoga therapy sessions are meant to bring you into a deep parasympathetic state (rest and digest) to help manage stress and pain, or to simply improve your overall outlook on life. No yoga experience is necessary.

Sessions are scheduled for one hour in our yoga room incorporating light movement, gentle stretching, breathing, guided meditation, self-applied acupressure and other methods to help you relax.

Yoga therapy is available for individuals, couples, or small groups of up to three participants.

Workshops, events, and online practice sessions are also available for everyday practitioners.
